1. Purpose

This disclaimer applies to all information made available on the Maisonflex website, applications, simulators, calculators, dashboards, blog, social-media channels, brochures and any other communication issued by Maisonflex (the "Content"). It complements, and must be read together with, the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

2. Who we are

"Maisonflex" means Maisonflex Group and, where the context refers to the entity contracting with you or processing your application, the relevant Local Entity established in your country of residence. The Local Entity contracting with you, where applicable, is identified in your customer dashboard, pre-contractual information and product agreement.

3. Regulatory status — pre-authorisation notice

Maisonflex is currently in the process of seeking authorisation in the jurisdictions in which it intends to operate. The relevant Local Entity intends to operate under the supervision of the competent national authority in its country of establishment (e.g. Banco de España, ACPR, BaFin, Banca d'Italia, Banco de Portugal).

Until the relevant authorisation has been granted in writing and any applicable EU passporting notifications are complete:

• Maisonflex is not authorised as a credit institution, payment institution, electronic money institution or investment firm in any EU/EEA jurisdiction;
• No binding offer of any regulated financial product is being made via the Content;
• The Content is for informational and illustrative purposes only.

The Content does not constitute a personal recommendation or financial advice; a solicitation to buy, sell, subscribe to or apply for any financial product; legal or tax advice; or an offer of credit, insurance, investment, payment or e-money services. The Content may include third-party material (regulators, statistical agencies, research providers, news outlets). Such material is provided for convenience only. Maisonflex does not endorse, verify or accept responsibility for third-party content, and links may change or become unavailable.

8. Accuracy and updates

Maisonflex takes reasonable care to ensure the Content is accurate at the time of publication, but does not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free. The Content may be updated, corrected or withdrawn at any time without notice.

9. Country availability

Some products and information described in the Content may only be available in certain countries, to certain categories of consumer, and only once the relevant Local Entity has obtained the required authorisation. The fact that the Content is accessible from your location does not imply that any product is available, or has been authorised for distribution, in that location.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maisonflex shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense (whether direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential) arising from your reliance on the Content, including simulator outputs, indicative figures or forward-looking statements; the unavailability, inaccuracy or interruption of the Content; third-party content or links; or unauthorised access to your account, except where due to our fault. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence.
