1. About this policy
This Cookies Policy explains how Maisonflex uses cookies and similar technologies on its website, applications and digital services (the "Platform"). It is issued under the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC (as transposed nationally) and the GDPR, and complements our Privacy Policy.
"Maisonflex" means Maisonflex Group and, where the context refers to the entity operating the Platform in your country, the relevant Local Entity established in your country of residence.
2. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, SDKs and device fingerprinting. In this policy, "cookies" refers to all such technologies. Cookies can be first-party (set by Maisonflex) or third-party, and session or persistent.

5. International transfers via cookies
Some analytics and marketing providers may process data outside the EEA. Where this is the case, we rely on appropriate safeguards under Chapter V of GDPR (adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses with supplementary measures). See our Privacy Policy, Section 8, for details.
6. Your choices
You can manage your cookie preferences at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of the Platform. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings (this may break parts of the Platform); opt out of specific analytics tools via the provider's own controls; and withdraw consent at any time — withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
7. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We respect the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where supported by your browser, treating it as a withdrawal of consent for non-essential cookies. Because there is no industry consensus on the legal effect of "Do Not Track" signals under EU law, we currently rely on the cookie banner and GPC.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on the Platform with a clearly displayed effective date. Material changes will be flagged via the cookie banner or in-app notice.
